STUDENTS TO RUN TOLEDO CITY GOVERNMENT:
To take over the Toledo City Government ofice one day on May 5, will be the main objective of various senors from Toledo and areas schools as they meet to discover how the city government is run.
Rosalie Kucera, Bonnie Clausing and Larry Pool represented Whitmer at the training courses on how the city government is run.
On Sunday, April 13, they voted for the students to hold the different offices. Bonnie Clausing has been nominated for a member of the City Council, and Larry Pool has been nominated for the position of City Judge.

TWILIGHT TIP-OFFS - - Among the Whitmer students that will be attending the Senior Prom will be Pam Whalen and Bob Wood, Judy Turner and Jim Mollenkamp, and Ramona Lotridge and Ken Knauer. As would glance around the dance floor we would catch the eye of Bob Beckman and Sally Blasingame, Ann Cassill and Paul Ziegler, who incidently have eyes for one another only. Some of the steady couples who have found mutual interest in each other will also be there, Margie Sullivan and Gary Krieger, Steve Bishop and Jan Strode, Pat Montoni and Dale Beauch, Dave Lozinske and Pat matuszynski, Pam and Tony Ward.
Sitting at the tables enjoying the music will be Ronnie Basase and Bud Ostermon, Janise Kish and Ron Lynch, Sally Moyer and Terry Garrett, Pat Hayden and Brenda Cluckey.
We can expect to see a long line of couples waiting to get their pictures taken: Ken Nicholson and Linda Housley, Margie Mittendorf and Dick Morrette, Larry Pool and Carolyn Lassen, and Pat French and Bill Umlauf.
 After the Prom many of the couples we may see at different restaurants will be Barb Dody and Al Foley, Patsy Harrell and Pete Walz, Judy Muir and Jeff Flenn, Jackie Carver and Jim Gosciniak, and Kay Clausing and Bill Schilling.
On our way home after a delicious dinner we may see Norm Lehman and Rosalie Kucera, Dick Nelson and Peggy Paxton, Virgina Jones and Norm Fox, Jana Turner and Jack Larson.
